View and Edit ChatBot Actions
After creating chatbot actions, organize and monitor them to ensure they function correctly.
1. View Your Actions
Go to the ChatBot Actions page by navigating to SearchAI > ChatBot > Select your ChatBot.

Click on the Actions option in the top panel.
On the Actions page, you will see a list of all actions you have created.
2. View/Edit an Action
To see the details of an action or make changes to it:
To preview an action, click the view icon next to its name. A pop-up will display the action and its description.
To edit an action, click on its name to open the settings page. Modify details like keywords, action type, or description, then click Save to apply your changes.
3. Enable, Disable, or Delete Actions
From your list of Chatbot Actions, you can manage them directly:
- Enable/Disable: Use the toggle next to each action to control its availability. Switch On to activate it for users or Off to temporarily disable it without deleting.
- Delete: Click the Delete icon to permanently remove an action you no longer need.
