Schedules

Schedules tab displays the list of all Collection indexing and ChatBot training in a calender view. Indexing can be scheduled to run at specific intervals— daily, weekly, or monthly —based on user requirements. We can navigate through different time periods using the left and right arrows beside the current date.

Scheduled tasks are color-coded for easy reference. The legend at the bottom of the page provides the meaning of time intervals as:

• Once (Black)
• Hourly (Gray)
• Daily (Blue)
• Every 48 Hours (Light Blue)
• Every 96 Hours (Light Cyan)
• Weekly (Orange)
• Monthly (Green)
