Accessing Chatbot Actions

This section explains how to access the ChatBot Actions page in the SearchBlox Admin Console, where you can create and manage actions triggered by user keywords. To access ChatBot Actions follow the following instructions:

  • Log in to the SearchBlox Admin Console.
  • In the left navigation panel, go to SearchAI and select ChatBots.
  • Choose the chatbot you want to enhance with actions, or click directly on Actions.

  • In the selected chatbot’s options panel, click Actions.
  • You will be taken to the ChatBot Actions page. Click the + icon in the top-right corner to create a new action.
