Accessing Chatbot Actions

To access ChatBot Actions follow the following instructions:

• Log in to the SearchBlox Admin Console.
• In the left navigation panel, go to SearchAI and select ChatBots.
• Choose the chatbot you want to enhance with actions, or click directly on Actions.

• In the selected chatbot’s options panel, click Actions.
• You will be taken to the ChatBot Actions page. Click the + icon in the top-right corner to create a new action.
