Managing Chatbot

Manage, Configure, and Optimize ChatBots in SearchBlox's SearchAI Admin Console

To manage your chatbots, go to Collections > SearchAI > ChatBot in the SearchBlox Admin Console. This interface serves as the central location where you can view, configure, and manage all the chatbots you have created.

Accessing the ChatBot Interface

  1. Navigate to Collections in the SearchBlox Admin Console.
  2. Select SearchAI under the Collections menu.
  3. Click ChatBot to open and view the complete list of your chatbots.

Create a New ChatBot:
Click the "+" icon or the Create a new ChatBot button to create additional chatbots

  1. Augmented Responses
    This section displays a list of all edited responses along with their corresponding questions. You can review these entries and make additional edits within the Conversations section. To learn more, refer to the Understanding the Augmented Response feature section..
  1. Refresh ChatBot
    Use the refresh icon to update the chatbot list after creating new chatbots, deleting existing ones, or retraining any chatbot.
  1. ChatBot Actions
    Use the ChatBot Actions icon to create or update chatbot actions after your chatbot has been created.
  1. Delete ChatBot
    Use this option carefully—the Delete button permanently removes a chatbot, and deleted chatbots cannot be recovered.

Total number of chatbot created so far is listed in the top right corner.

The SearchAI ChatBot dashboard provides a detailed list of all active chatbots, with each column offering clear insights into their performance.

Last usedDisplays the date and time of the last time a user interacted with the ChatBot

Understanding the Augmented Response Feature

The Augmented Response feature provides a dedicated view of chatbot responses that you have previously edited through the Conversations section. It displays only the refined responses for easier review and management.

Accessing Augmented Response

  • Click the Augmented Response icon in the top-right corner of your chatbot management console.
  • In the Augmented Response section, you will see a list of conversations that you have previously edited.
  • Select a conversation to view the user question and the updated answer you edited.
  • Use the Delete icon to remove one or more conversations that are no longer needed.
  • Use the Cache icon to add one or more edited responses to the chatbot cache for faster retrieval during future interactions.
