Zendesk Data Source
The Zendesk Data Source indexes content from your Zendesk instance into a SearchBlox collection, making help center articles, tickets, and community posts searchable in SearchBlox.
Configuring SearchBlox
Before using the Zendesk Data Source, make sure SearchBlox is installed properly and create a Custom Collection.

Configuration details of Zendesk Data Source
| username | Zendesk account username. |
| password | Zendesk account password. |
| domain | Zendesk Domain |
| scroll-type | 1 = index articles, 2 = index tickets. |
| api-key | SearchBlox API Key. |
| colname | Name of the custom collection in SearchBlox. |
| url | SearchBlox URL |
| max-folder-size | Maximum size of a folder in MB before it is swept. |
| servlet url | SearchBlox Servlet URL. Make sure the port number is correct (e.g., 8443). |
