DocuSign Data Source
DocuSign Data Source is used to index all documents from DocuSign envelopes or folders, including each PDF document’s content and metadata into a custom collection in SearchBlox.
Configuring SearchBlox
Before using DocuSign Data Source, first install SearchBlox successfully and then create a Custom Collection.

Configuring DocuSign Data Source
- Make sure you have created a SearchBlox Endpoint in the Connectors UI panel and then create a DocuSign data source.

- Configure the DocuSign Data Source as shown in the reference:

Note:
- DocuSign keys provided will be stored in encrypted format for security reasons.
- Redirect URL to be configured in DocuSign account.

| name | A unique name can be any alphanumeric string. |
| SearchBlox Endpoint | Select the SearchBlox endpoint created before creating the data source |
| Collection Name | Name of the custom collection in SearchBlox |
| Integrator Key | DocuSign account’s Integration Key |
| Secret Key | DocuSign account’s Secret Key |
| Account ID | DocuSign account’s Account ID |
| Redirect URL | DocuSign account’s Redirect URL |
Index DocuSign Data Source

Click Create or Create & Index after configuring the data source.

When prompted for an authentication token, click the "Click here" link to go to the configured Redirect URL.

Copy the token after authenticating and enter it in the provided screen.

After successful authentication, the DocuSign data source will start indexing and add documents to your SearchBlox custom collection.

- Once the status shows Done, check the SearchBlox Admin Console to see the indexed document count.

DocuSign Search
- We can configure the Search results view as required. Please contact [email protected] to know more.

- Check search results in debug mode to view all meta tags from the DocuSign account, and configure them to add custom filters on your search page.
