ChatBot Insight
Intoduction
ChatBot Insights can be accessed from Insights → ChatBot in the SearchBlox Admin Console.
ChatBot Insights provides performance reports for your ChatBots based on real user interaction data. Use these reports to identify which ChatBots are performing well and which may need improvement.
You can adjust the reporting period for all reports using the calendar icon in the top-right corner of the page.
Based on ChatBot Analytics reports, the best-performing ChatBots are displayed in ChatBot Insights. The displayed results can be filtered by selecting a different date range using the calendar icon.
Best Performing ChatBots
This report shows the average performance score of each ChatBot based on user engagement and interaction metrics.
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Conversations | Total number of unique conversations started by users |
| Messages | Total number of messages exchanged during conversations |
| User Votes | Upvotes and downvotes submitted by users for ChatBot responses |
ChatBots with the highest combined engagement across these metrics are ranked at the top of the report.
