ChatBot Analytics
Access to ChatBot Analytics requires Super Admin or Admin permissions in the SearchBlox Admin Console.
ChatBot Analytics is accessible from the Analytics section of the SearchBlox Admin Console. It gives you a complete view of how your ChatBot is performing — tracking conversation patterns, identifying popular topics, and measuring user engagement so you can continuously improve the ChatBot based on real interactions.
The clear and simple dashboard helps you track conversation patterns, identify popular topics, and improve the ChatBot based on real user interactions.
ChatBot Analytics Reports
ChatBot User Actions display the number of conversations, total messages, upvotes, and downvotes, along with graphical charts. These reports can also be filtered by collection for more specific analysis.
ChatBot User Engagement
For each ChatBot, a individual user actions report is available showing the metrics above broken down per ChatBot. Use this to compare performance across multiple ChatBots and identify which ones are driving the most engagement.
Download Report
Analytics lets you compare results and download query logs for:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Past Week
- Past Month
- Past 3 Months
- Past 6 Months
- Last Year
The 'compare' button offers three comparison options:
- None: Shows full results with no comparison.
- Previous Period: Compares results with the same number of days from the previous period.
- Previous Year: Compares results with the same date range from the previous year.
Query logs can also be downloaded for any customized date range.
SearchBlox provides three convenient ways to share analytics reports:
Copy Link to Clipboard: Copy and share the direct report link with team members.
Download as CSV: Export the report in CSV format for further data analysis.
Download as PDF: Export the report in PDF format for presentations or analysis.
