ChatBot Analytics

ChatBot Analytics is accessible through the SearchBlox Console's Analytics section. These comprehensive reports provide:

  • A complete overview of ChatBot performance
  • Detailed analytics related to ChatBot Actions
  • Visual ChatBot interaction graphs
  • ChatBot User Engagement metrics

The intuitive dashboard makes it easy to monitor conversation patterns, identify popular topics, and optimise your ChatBot's effectiveness based on real user interactions.

Overview

The ChatBot overview section displays total conversations, messages, votes, and interaction durations.

ChatBot Analytics Reports

ChatBot user actions display conversation count, message volume, upvotes, and downvotes alongside graphical visualisation. Reports can be filtered by collection.

ChatBot User Engagement

For Each ChatBot, a user actions report will be shown.

Download Report

Analytics lets you compare results and download query logs for:

  • Today
  • Yesterday
  • This Week
  • Last Week
  • This Month
  • Last Month

The 'compare' button offers four comparison options:

  • Preceding period - matches exact weekdays from the preceding period
  • Same period last year - compares with matching weekdays from previous year
  • Preceding period (sequential) - compares with immediately preceding period regardless of weekday
  • Same period last year (non-matched) - compares with same date range from prior year without matching weekdays

Query logs can also be downloaded for any customized date range.


SearchBlox provides 2 ways to share the report:

  • Share link - Link can be copied and shared.
  • Download File - Reports can be downloaded either in PDF or CSV Format
