Conversations
The Conversations tab serves as a comprehensive log of user interactions with your chatbot. Here you can analyze conversations and make edits to refine them.
Edit a Conversation
Within the conversation history, you can view the user’s original question and the chatbot’s initial response. This tab also allows you to update the response whenever necessary.
- Find the
Reviseoption near the bottom-right corner of the chatbot’s response. - Click
Reviseand enter the corrected answer that the chatbot should use for similar questions in the future.
- After entering the correct response, save your changes.
- Below the revised answer, you may see a label called
View AI Generated Answer. Click this label to view the chatbot’s original response.
- After saving the updated response, go to the
Previewtab and open the chat window.Ask the same question that the user asked earlier.The chatbot should now respond with the revised answer you provided.
Note:
SearchAI ChatBot integrates with the SemanticLens feature, so your revised answer is applied to the original query as well as to other questions with similar meaning.
Analyze Conversations
Insights into overall user engagement through key metrics typically displayed in this section.
- Filter the view by date and by conversations that are upvoted or downvoted.
- View the total number of conversations and messages exchanged between users and the chatbot.
- See the total upvotes and downvotes for each conversation to identify areas for improvement based on user feedback.
