Using Advanced Search

You can perform an advanced search using either the link http://localhost:8080/searchblox/adv_search.jsp, or the advanced search link available in the top right-hand corner of the basic search results page. Advanced search allows you to search with the following options:

Search with all words entered
Search using an exact phrase
Search with at least one word
Search for results without a word
Search for results based on language
Search for files with a specific format
Specify the time period (3 months, 6 months and year)
Search for results based on the occurrence of the search term in the document (title, content, keyword, description and URL)
Specify the number of results per page
These options also can be given in the URL (query) explicitly.
