# View and Edit ChatBot Actions

After creating chatbot actions, organize and monitor them to ensure they function correctly.

**1. View Your Actions**

Go to the ChatBot Actions page by navigating to SearchAI > ChatBot > Select your ChatBot.

Click on the **Actions** option in the top panel.\
On the Actions page, you will see a list of all actions you have created.

**2. View/Edit an Action**

To see the details of an action or make changes to it:

To preview an action, click the **view** icon next to its name. A pop-up will display the action and its description.

To edit an action, click on its name to open the settings page. Modify details like keywords, action type, or description, then click **Save** to apply your changes.

**3. Enable, Disable, or Delete Actions**

From your list of Chatbot Actions, you can manage them directly:

* **Enable/Disable:** Use the toggle next to each action to control its availability. Switch **On** to activate it for users or **Off** to temporarily disable it without deleting.
* **Delete:** Click the **Delete** icon to permanently remove an action you no longer need.
